What The Housekeeper Knew
Debbie Fox is a woman with admirable dedication to her community. After 12 years of inspiring students as a middle school teacher, Debbie earned her master’s in social work and gerontology, created programs for depressed and anxious adults, and became director of the ambulatory care service at Cedars-Sinai. She is now situated as the director and founder of Aleinu Family Resource Center, under the umbrella of the Jewish Family Services Center in Los Angeles. It is with Aleinu that Debbie strives to provide protection for every child in the community, as well as offering resources for mental health needs.
Debbie has countlessly provided aid to victims of crises, opening up her home to guests, and volunteered her time and efforts to causes in her sight. Both Debbie and her husband have committed themselves to giving back to the community and leading by significant example for others with philanthropist hearts. With the assistance of the devoted team she has assembled at Aleinu, Debbie is able to supply the Orthodox community with health, hope, and inspiration.
