Marilyn Brown's quick tips to help you feel better:

1) Eat small meals often ... a little protein combined with a few carbs.
2) Avoid coffee, sugar (including juices).
3) If possible, walk and breathe in deeply 1/2 an hour a day.
4) Rest when your baby sleeps.
5) Ret extra support during this time ...
