Aleinu Helpline
The Aleinu Helpline is a 24 hour a day resource for our community. Our trained, and supervised volunteers assess, support and help each caller with stress, life crises or family issues. Calls include reports of domestic abuse, family crises, mental illness, marital strife, depression and isolation, tragedy and illness. Aleinu volunteers access an online resource directory with culturally sensitive referrals to meet the needs of our community. Responses to the calls include referrals to counseling services, shelter, financial resources and legal assistance.
